Questions we get every week
-
How much does it cost to mow my lawn?
It depends on the size of the lot, how much trimming there is around beds and fences, and whether you want weekly or biweekly service. We do not publish a flat rate because it would be wrong for half the yards we see. Send us a photo or your address on WhatsApp and we will give you a real number. Estimates are always free.
-
How often should a lawn be cut in Georgia?
Weekly from April through October. Bermuda and zoysia grow fast in the heat and once you skip a week you end up removing more than a third of the blade in one cut, which stresses the grass. From November through March every two weeks is usually plenty.
-
Do you require a contract?
No. You pay per visit, and nothing is signed. If you want us every week we put you on the schedule, and if you need to skip a week or stop for the season you just tell us. On larger concrete or patio jobs we may ask for a deposit before we start, and you will know that amount up front.
-
What areas do you cover?
Cumming and Dawsonville, and the surrounding parts of Forsyth County and Dawson County. If you are just outside that, message us anyway — if we are already working nearby that day we can usually make it work.
-
Do you haul away the debris?
Yes — we load it and take it to a proper disposal facility. Hauling is charged separately, by the load, so you are not paying for a truck run you did not need. You get that number before we start, and if you would rather keep the pile and handle it yourself, that is fine too.
-
How long before I can walk on new concrete?
Foot traffic after about 48 hours. Keep vehicles off for around a week. Concrete keeps gaining strength for weeks after that, but those two marks are the ones that matter day to day.
-
What time do you show up, and do I need to be home?
Crews start at 7:00 AM — not earlier, because most cities around here restrict powered equipment before then and we would rather not be the reason your neighbor calls the county. You do not need to be home for a regular cut; just leave the gate unlocked. For estimates on concrete or patio work we do want you there, so we can walk it together.
-
How do I pay?
Cash, at the end of the visit or when the job is finished. No invoicing, no card fees, no waiting on a check.
