What is included

• Excavation and a compacted gravel base — this is the part nobody sees and the part that decides whether the slab lasts.
• Four-inch slabs for walkways and patios, thicker where vehicles will sit, with wire or fiber reinforcement.
• Control joints cut at the right spacing so the concrete cracks where we chose, not where it wants to.
• Forms set with fall away from the house so water does not sit against the foundation.
• Broom finish for grip, and the edges tooled clean. We do not do stamped or dyed concrete — we would rather do one finish properly than four of them badly.
• Full driveways, not just patch sections. Also steps, landings and short retaining walls.
• On larger pours we may ask for a deposit up front. If so, you know the amount before anything is scheduled.
